Your Agents.md file might be being ignored. Here's why it may not matter
I dive into AGENTS.md and test its effectiveness to find that it isn't what you might think. At best it's a hint to your model. At worst, it's a waste of context / tokens and thus a waste of money. My results show only 1/5 models I tested actually enforced the rules I stipulated in AGENTS.md and I'm not alone - published research shows the same trend.
